Looking for a world community song?
I am proud to offer my Quaker grandmother's lyrics. Sing them to the tune of "My Country 'Tis of Thee" or "America" (which is the same as the British National Anthem "God Save The Queen", which in turn was originally the national Anthem of Austria, taken to England by Handel).

"One World Anthem"
lyrics by Katharine Whiteside Taylor

All people share one world
All flags with peace unfurled
Shall fill the air
For people every place
Of every age and race
Of every time and space
One World to share.

Our many hopes and fears
Our laughter and our tears
All make us one
Let's build and not destroy
So every girl and boy
May have full life and joy
One world our home.

Please feel free to share this with everyone.
